licked off spoonfuls of Nutella from the jar on Saturday while watching Masterchef Australia marathon. my house is a bare mess, can you see? (making mental note: that bare wall is in dire need of some arts ASAP!)
had a very rustic lunch on Sunday at Salero Negori in Amcorp Mall- yumm! everything in the restaurant is vintage and old. and for sale! and yes, I was very tempted...
ta-daa! my new vintage art deco chair from the Amcorp Mall weekend flea. I've no idea who the designer was or what it's called, but from the looks of it, this chair is from the 1950's. shopping was absolutely NOT in the plan as I was broke, but for only RM70 post-bargain, I'd be a fool to refuse this. it's in a sturdy condition save for some chips and wear due to its age, but very comfortable. now, I need to go find a foot stool that matches ;)
how was your weekends? did you do anything fun?
p/s: sorry I was away from the blog the whole week. it was a total bleurghh for me, that's why.

ReplyDelete1.Sedapnya nutella. Sinful but delicious :) I ran out of nutella, tinggal chocolate peanut butter only. So breakfast smpi balik Malaysia next Dec will be penaut butter and jelly sandwich only.
2. Sedapnya lauk melayu tu! Waaaaaa, nak balik Malaysia! I want that sambal tumis terung and sayur pucuk please :(

ReplyDeleteDena: those are mostly Minang and Negeri Sembilan dishes and memang sedap. the chair's not a tricycle dear ;) it has 5 tenticle bottoms spread out like sotong- hahaha!
ReplyDeleteFarhana: the best day to go to the flea is Sunday. if you're a big vintage lover like moi, you'll like it. ada jual macam-macam barangan lama- big and small. I almost bought a vintage rectangle clock with perpetual calendar but like I mentioned, I was broke. so just the chair this time T_T
